We have two different pricing models – a. Outcome based (fixed percentage of total collected amount) b. Rate per Full Time Employee utilized for billing activity.
a. Outcome based: We charge a fixed percentage of fee for the amount that we collect for you. The fee amount is the percentage of consolidated payment received by you from commercial as well as Medicare payers, co-pays, self-pays, capitation payments et al. It is well known in our industry that billing expenses through outsource partner can cost up to 40% lower than when done in-house.
b. Rate per FTE: We offer per Full time employee (FTE) deployment pricing to physician practices and billing company partners for any work that is outsourced to us.
In addition to above pricing models, we time and again run promotions and campaigns offering free and discounted services for a specified period.

Vision gives utmost importance to systematic communication with the clients. After signing a contract with Vision, each client receives an email about communication protocols and with details of all points of contacts. Our Customer Support staff is also available at +1-718-554-1042 to answer questions and ensure satisfaction. A formal monthly communication calendar is shared with the clients with dates and agendas of weekly, fortnight and monthly communication plan.
Vision is available to start processing the claims as soon as the initial contract is signed. To get started, Vision will need you to provide details about your practice in a prescribed form and all the insurance companies you have tied up with to process your claims.
As soon as the customer signs the contract, we can begin the setup process. Generally, the process is completed within 7 days. However, an accurate estimation can be provided after reviewing your individual practice.
Vision does not charge any separate fee for set up or transition. No other charges except contracted amount is required to be paid by the customers.
